So armed with invisible gift cards (thanks to 360 Immerse & Brand Meets Blog), we drove to our nearest Target which is in Epping for its VIP Night Toy Sale. It was our first time to shop this late. We were excited. Apparently, so were a lot of people.
Store manager Bev, a very kind lady, handed our GCs and explained a bit what to expect. There's a "Mission Control" booth and "Toy Experts" around should customers need assistance. It was organized chaos. The staff had a queue system in place and was successful in keeping the aisles clear and moving.
We didn't grab a cart because Anya's targets no longer come in big boxes (I got a tween now!). My two hands were enough and set the limit. It was good we had a catalogue in advance that Anya had enough time to mull over.
As soon as we got what we wanted (after a 10 minute queue at the Sound station), it was time for a walkabout. Or what I call Anya's what-I-want-for-Christmas tour.
Her legs tired up so we had to leave after one round. But it was a 100% Happy departure for the girl.
There are many bargains to be had so try to catch it when you can. Target's Toy Sale is on NOW until July 11. If you hate lining up like me, then take advantage of the Online Lay By.
I also got a $50 Target Voucher to give away to a loyal reader! Simply fill up the form below. This will be a quick one. Winner will be chosen this Monday, June 25!

Woo-hoo!! Toy sale! I get invited to David Jones VIP sale nights, but I never go, I know I can't afford to buy and I won't put things on my account just because they're on sale.
