In spite of her disability, she owned it and joined in almost all activities, from archery to the giant swing. This girl counts her dairy intake (because Kids Need 3 serves a day) and I'd say it helped especially at physically demanding times like camp.

Remember, EVERYONE needs to get a fair amount of calcium, not just kids. I, being a 34 yr old for example, needs 1000mg/day.
